THE EXPLORER
(Beginner-Friendly & Suitable for All Levels)
BASICS
Basics is perfect for anybody looking to establish a proper foundation for a budding yoga practice, with the purpose of increasing awareness and stability. It is a hatha practice focusing on static postures and longer holds.
YOGA 101
Yoga 101 our most beginner-friendly class, designed especially for those who are brand new to yoga or unsure where to begin. Taught at a slower, more accessible pace, this class offers step-by-step guidance, simple poses, and gentle breathwork to help you build confidence and move safely. It's also a supportive option for older adults, those with limited mobility, or anyone managing injuries or chronic conditions. You’ll learn how to breathe, how to move, and how to feel more at home in your body—no prior experience or flexibility required.
HATHA FLOW
Enjoy the best of a hatha and vinyasa practice in this hybrid class. Find strength and space in each pose while still retaining the rhythm of a gentle vinyasa class. Move through transitions at a slower pace as you experience moving more intentionally and mindfully. Harness the steadiness of your breath to find expansion in every pose.
STRETCH & RELEASE
Designed to increase mobility, muscular flexibility and improve blood circulation, this fusion class marries the benefits of a yin and yang practice. Create greater length and space through the combination of active and passive stretch techniques for the ultimate body reset. This class is a wonderful complement to your more athletic pursuits that will leave you physically open and mentally free.
TRANQUIL
Delve into a world of peace and tranquility with the help of Yin yoga and breath work (Pranayama).
Center yourself and keep present with your breath, find release and expansiveness in Yin postures. Slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing your joints, ligaments and fascia with the help of yoga props.
WARM STRETCH
The perfect class type to complement your more active pursuits. Iron out out any kinks in your physical body as we work through longer, and deeper, more passive stretches. In a heated room, expect your muscles to relax faster than they normally would as you say hello to increased flexibility and reduced tension.
This class is a Yin yoga class conducted in a hot room. Longer holds in poses (up to 3 minutes) can be expected.

MAT PILATES
Mat Pilates is a mind-body workout that focuses on strengthening core muscles, including the abdomen, lower back, hips, and buttocks, through controlled movements and breathing techniques. Regular practice improves posture, alleviates lower back discomfort, and enhances flexibility, balance, and coordination. It also helps prevent injuries by promoting proper alignment and encourages mental well-being through mindfulness and body awareness.
MAMA & ME: LOVE IN MOTION
Mama & Me is a heartwarming yoga class for mothers and babies (up to crawling age), with sequences designed for connection—not just mama flowing solo while baby’s on the sidelines.
Expect gentle stretches, breathwork, and interactive moments that support recovery and deepen the bond with your little one. No prior yoga experience needed.

FREEDOM FLOW
Allow the breath to lead the movement in this vinyasa-based class, as you flow seamlessly from one pose to the next. The purpose of this connection is to create a harmonious balance between the mind and body.
We recommend students to have a regular practice/be familiar with poses as Vinyasa classes are dynamic and faster paced in nature.
POWER
Ready to level up from your regular basics class? Explore a deeper practice as you continue to find the balance between your body and breath. Move beyond your comfort levels through an invigorating hatha sequence designed to gain strength, stamina and flexibility. Core work, inversions and arm balances may be introduced!
THE WARRIOR
(Advanced Classes)
POWER VINYASA
Level up from Freedom flow, this faster-paced Vinyasa sequence will energize and strengthen your mind and body. Flow into various creative transitions including inversions and arm balances.
This class is suitable for practitioners with a consistent Power and Freedom Flow practice.
MONTHLY SPECIALS
SOUNDSCAPE:
THE CRYSTAL SOUND BATH EXPERIENCE
Join this class for a blissful journey with waves of soothing sounds from crystal singing bowls that will wash over you, bringing you into a state of deep relaxation and conscious rest.
In addition to the serene sound bath, some gentle reclined or prone yoga poses might be included to help your body unwind and fully absorb the calming benefits of the experience.
Classes are held on the last Monday of each month at our Holland Village studio and the last Wednesday of each month at our Martin Road studio.
YIN AND MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
Unwind deeply with a soothing blend of Yin Yoga and Myofascial Release.
This slow, mindful class uses long-held stretches and therapy ball techniques to ease tension, improve flexibility, and release tight fascia in the lower back and hips. Perfect for athletes, desk workers, and anyone needing a full-body reset, it promotes relaxation, better circulation, and emotional balance.
Classes are held on the last Wednesday of each month at our Martin Road studio.
PAWS & POSE: DOG YOGA
A fun and beginner-friendly class where dogs are welcome—but not required! Come solo or bring your pup for a lighthearted session filled with movement, laughter, and feel-good vibes. Whether you're here for the stretches or the tail wags, everyone’s welcome to join the fun.
Classes are held on the last Sunday of each month at our Martin Road studio.
FLOWMATES: PARTNER YOGA
Celebrate connection on and off the mat with creative two-person flows. Expect playful balances, stretches that only work with two, and plenty of laughter along the way.
Bring a friend and share your package to practice together, or come solo and meet someone new — we’ll pair you up. It’s all about trust, teamwork, and shared triumphs that turn strangers into teammates and friends.

PAPA, MAMA & ME: FAMILY YOGA
Move, breathe, and bond as a family in this monthly class designed for parents and babies up to crawling age. Enjoy mindful stretches, playful baby-friendly poses, and shared practices that nurture strength, flexibility, and connection—leaving you with sweet memories on and off the mat.
