What styles of yoga are you most passionate about?

How would you describe your teaching style?
I would describe it as grounded, intuitive, and supportive. I aim to create a welcoming space by holding space for growth and discovery where students of all levels feel seen, empowered, and safe to explore their practice at their own pace.
Tailoring my approach and classes to meet the energy and needs of each unique mix of students, I hope students will be able to connect more deeply with their body and mind after their time on the mat.
What do you hope students take away from your classes, and what do you aim to achieve as a teacher?
I hope students leave my classes feeling more connected — to themselves, their body, and their inner strength. Yoga isn’t about achieving the perfect poses, but about being present, curious, and listening inward.
Ultimately, I hope to inspire students to cultivate a sustainable, lifelong relationship with their practice—one that supports their unique path toward balance and well-being.
What first drew you to the practice of yoga?
I was first drawn to yoga as a form of physical exercise, especially as a natural extension of my background in dance. The movement felt familiar, and it initially served as a way to stay strong and flexible. Over time, my mindset evolved from seeing yoga as just a workout to embracing it as a holistic practice. It became less about achieving poses and more about tuning in, letting go, and cultivating a deeper connection with myself.
What keeps you inspired on your personal yoga journey and fuels your teaching?
What keeps me inspired is the constant opportunity for growth—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Yoga continues to teach me how to slow down, listen inward, and stay present. It’s a practice that evolves with me, offering new insights every time I step on the mat.

Being outdoors with the nature - camping, hiking, diving and being open to all kind of new experiences.

That students have fun practicing, and are curious to explore and learn something new, not just going with the flow — be it techniques/tips that I may be able to offer or learning to be more aware of their body, challenge themselves while also knowing when to listen to their body, doing what their bodies need and can do.
What first drew you to the practice of yoga?
I was diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder and Lumbar Slipped Disc way back in 2015. Friend asked me to try yoga together with him. It provided relief to my back and quietened my mind, and I was hooked! But also because during the first class, everyone could go into forward fold and my hands were at my knees and I was like, ok that's bad I'm only 23... 😅
What keeps you inspired on your personal yoga journey and fuels your teaching?
Teacher-friends who practice with me, encouraging me physically, and challenging me mentally with questions on sequencing and anatomy. Also, seeing students learning new techniques, unlocking asanas, and having fun!

Everything in life need to try one time.
What fuels you outside of yoga?

I hope to encourage students to set aside time for themselves to be present on the mat, listen to their bodies and keep moving through their own practice!
What first drew you to the practice of yoga?
Started yoga to stay active and feel more balanced when I first started working in corporate more than 10 years ago, and life became too hectic. Yoga was the 1 hour in a long work day where I had time solely to myself, to focus on my breath, my own practice and clear away all distractions in my mind. I ALWAYS felt better after practice than before stepping on the mat — a 100 out of 100 times, and even up till today!

Age actually keeps me inspired! I strongly believe in the long-term benefits of a more open and mobile body, especially as we grow older. As a teacher, being able to spread the experience and these benefits of yoga to one more person at a time is what sparks joy 😄

As a teacher, my goal is to create a space where students can explore their limits safely, build confidence, and develop a consistent, meaningful practice over time.
What first drew you to the practice of yoga?
I first came to the practice out of curiosity. There wasn’t a specific reason or dramatic moment that drew me in. I just decided to give it a shot, and it ended up being exactly what I needed. A consistent way to stay active, take care of myself, and find some me-time.
