Arm Balance Confidence is a dedicated weekly class designed to help you build the foundations behind a wide variety of arm balances. Through thoughtfully sequenced drills, movement exploration, and progressive exercises, you'll develop shoulder stability, core integration, weight shifting, body awareness, and balance control, making arm balances feel more accessible and consistent over time.

Suitable for all experience levels, every class offers progressions to meet you where you are. Beginners can learn approachable entries and build confidence from the ground up, while experienced practitioners can refine compression, floating entries, transitions, efficiency, and explore more advanced arm balance variations.

Whether you're working towards your first Crow Pose, refining Side Crow, exploring Flying Pigeon, or simply looking to make your arm balances feel lighter and more controlled, this class provides a supportive environment where progress is built through regular practice, patience, and repetition.
