200 HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
Our Yoga Alliance Accredited 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) is designed to help you become a confident, skilled, and authentic yoga teacher.
Led by an experienced faculty, including our lead trainer with over 3000 hours of teaching experience, you’ll gain a deep understanding of yoga—its alignment, class structure, and teaching technique.
You’ll not only refine your practice but also learn how to teach with authenticity and confidence, with opportunities to lead a full 60-minute class. Our training goes beyond the mat, including personal development sessions to unlock your true teaching potential.

Co-Founder & Lead Trainer
Elvina, co-founder of Freedom Yoga and an ERYT 500-certified instructor, brings over 9 years of expertise in yoga and teacher training.
Passionate about nurturing future instructors, Elvina’s heart-centered teaching style creates an environment where YTT participants can embrace self-discovery and develop their authentic teaching voice.
With a strong focus on proper alignment, effective class structure, and personal growth, she empowers trainees to confidently guide their own classes.
Whether leading Freedom Yoga’s large community events or mentoring in YTT sessions, Elvina inspires her students to deepen their practice, embrace transformation, and share the gift of yoga with others.

Yes! Our training is an internationally recognised Yoga Teacher Training certification that is accredited by Yoga Alliance.

Our course fee is $3899. Payment can be made in full or in installment plans. Payment can be made in-studio (full payments only) or online (full payments & installment plans).

Our 200HR training is led by our co-founder, Elvina. With each intake, Elvina further refines her manual, workbook, course structure and delivery to provide her trainees with the most efficient and beneficial training.

We welcome practitioners of ALL levels. You don’t have to be able to touch your toes or put your feet behind your head. We only ask that you have a consistent practice of at least 6 months. Most importantly, an open mind and heart is what we value most!

Yes, there will be a written exam as well as 2 practical exams. Whilst there is a possibility to fail this training, we are fully optimistic that if you are committed to put in the work asked of you, you will pass with flying colours!

While signing up for our YTT is a step toward your growth as a yoga teacher, it does not guarantee a pass or certificate of completion.
Our program includes practical and written assessments, and your success will be determined based on your performance.
We are committed to supporting our students throughout the journey, but we also require dedication and hard work.
We strive to maintain the integrity of our certification by ensuring that those who complete the program have truly earned it, in recognition of the effort put forth by all our graduates. -
