Spanning two months across both Freedom Yoga locations, this three-part workshop series explores mobility from different perspectives. Mobility, Release & Sound Bath.

Recovery isn't just about resting. It's about giving your body the opportunity to restore the movement it deserves.

The Recovery Session combines guided mobility work, myofascial release techniques, and a deeply restorative crystal singing bowl sound bath into one complete recovery experience. Improve movement through the hips, shoulders, and spine before using recovery tools to release areas of built-up tension and restriction. The session then transitions into a calming sound bath, allowing your nervous system to settle while your body fully absorbs the benefits of the practice.

Leave feeling lighter, looser, calmer, and ready to move through life with renewed ease.
