Sleep Support: Evening Slow Flow & Sound Bath is a calming evening practice designed to help you transition out of the pace of the day and into a more restful state.

The session begins with a gentle slow flow using mindful, low-intensity movements to release physical tension, soften the body, and regulate the nervous system. Movements are intentionally paced to encourage stillness, grounding, and ease, creating space for both the body and mind to gradually unwind.

The practice then transitions into a restorative crystal sound bath, where soothing vibrations and immersive tones invite you into deeper relaxation. As the sounds wash through the space, you’ll be guided toward a quieter mental state and a greater sense of calm within the body.

Designed as an evening reset, this class offers a peaceful space to slow down, let go, and prepare yourself for more restful, restorative sleep. Whether you’ve had a physically demanding day, a mentally busy week, or simply need a moment to pause, this practice is an invitation to rest more deeply.
