Ease into stillness and find the rest your body craves. This calming session blends Yin yoga and Yoga Nidra to help quiet a busy mind, release deep-seated tension, and prepare you for a night of peaceful, uninterrupted rest.

You’ll begin with slow, longer-held Yin stretches that melt away physical tightness and open the body. Once grounded, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra — a deeply restorative “yogic sleep” meditation that invites you to drift between wakefulness and rest, releasing mental chatter and calming the nervous system.
