Rooted in strength training, Pilates, and yoga principles, this class focuses on slow, intentional movement, full-range strength, and intelligent sequencing. The goal is not speed, but precision.

Expect targeted sculpting work that challenges your muscles through deliberate, well-structured sequences. The pace is steady yet demanding, creating deep muscular engagement and a gradual, satisfying sweat without rushing or burnout.
