At Freedom Yoga, the front desk is more than a check-in point.

It’s where first impressions are made, questions are answered, and the studio experience begins. We’re looking for warm, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Part-Time Front Desk Staff, supporting the daily flow of the studio and helping our community feel at home from the moment they arrive.

The Role

As part of our front desk team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth studio operations and a positive experience for every client. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised, and being part of a calm yet dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner

  • Manage class bookings, registrations, and basic account enquiries

  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-studio questions promptly

  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and overall studio presentation

  • Ensure studio amenities and supplies are well stocked

  • Share information about classes, services, and products confidently

  • Support instructors and management with administrative tasks

  • Address client feedback and assist with issue resolution when needed

  • Uphold studio policies and operational procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset

  • Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced setting

  • Attention to detail and reliability

  • Minimum commitment of 3 months

  • Availability for 1–2 weekday shifts and/or 1 weekend shift per week

  • Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required

  • An interest in wellness, movement, or community spaces is a plus
