Join The Team: Part-Time Front Desk

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Staff member to join our studio team. As Front Desk Staff, you will be at the forefront of our customer service efforts, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for all our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass customer service, studio upkeep, and enhancing the overall client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Manage studio bookings, including class registrations and appointments.

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space.

  • Ensure studio amenities and supplies are stocked and readily available.

  • Provide information about our services, classes, and products to clients.

  • Assist instructors and management with various administrative tasks.

  • Handle client feedback and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

  • Uphold studio policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.

  • Reliable and punctual with a minimum commitment of 3 months.

  • Minimum 1-2 weekday shifts and/or 1 weekend shift per week

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.

  • Passion for health, wellness, and fitness is desirable.
