Slow down and restore with this deeply nourishing session designed to help you unwind and reconnect.
This special class combines gentle myofascial release techniques, long-held Yin Yoga postures, and a calming crystal singing bowl soundbath. Using therapy balls and props, you’ll ease tension in the fascia before settling into supported Yin poses that allow the body to soften and release.
The session concludes with soothing sound vibrations that help quiet the mind and guide you into deep rest.
It’s a grounding practice created to help you pause, recharge, and honour yourself this International Women’s Day.

Celebrate strength through movement with this empowering functional strength class.
Sculpt & Sweat is built on a blend of strength training, Pilates, and yoga principles, focusing on slow, intentional movement and full-range muscular control.
Expect targeted sculpting sequences that build strength, stability, and body awareness while encouraging a steady, satisfying sweat. Options and progressions are offered throughout the class, making it accessible for beginners while still engaging for experienced practitioners.
