Afterward, stay for a cozy fireside chat with MAIA House educators and doulas, offering a warm space to ask questions, share experiences, and connect with fellow parents.
PARTNER YOGA FOR BIRTH PREPARATION
This session is designed for couples to deepen their connection and build confidence for childbirth. It includes yoga poses, breathwork, and partner exercises to help manage labor mindfully and comfortably. After class, participants can relax with a fireside chat led by MAIA House educators and doulas, offering a space for questions, insights, and support as they prepare for parenthood.
