Through a combination of gentle inversions, dynamic stretches, twisting sequences, and mindful breathwork, you’ll be guided to release tension in commonly tight areas and activate your body’s innate ability to heal and restore. The practice concludes with deep relaxation techniques that calm the nervous system and enhance the body’s natural recovery process.
