Martin Road StudioStart the celebration with the class that shaped our studio—Freedom Flow, led by Co-founder & Lead Trainer Elvina.
This special vinyasa session takes place across two classrooms, synced in real-time with ambient music and live demonstrations throughout.
Expect a creative, breath-led sequence that builds heat, strength, and freedom through flowing transitions. A moving meditation—and a full studio moment—you won’t want to miss.

Martin Road StudioA Freedom favourite for sculpting, strengthening, and seriously feeling the burn.
Mat Pilates focuses on core control, mobility, and mindful movement, using your own body weight (and gravity) to build endurance and stability. It’s no-frills, high-impact, and ridiculously satisfying.

Paws & Pose (Dog Yoga) is a playful class that blends gentle yoga with pup-friendly poses. Come with your own dog, or just hang out with the adorable guest pups attending.
Whether you’re flowing or just petting someone else’s corgi, this class is all about joy, movement, and tail-wagging vibes.

The Birthday Tote
Introducing our very first Freedom Yoga Tote—made not just to look good, but to do good (by your back, your belongings, and your endless pouches).
While the full reveal is coming soon, here are a few things you might want to know about our new tote while you wait:

We made the main compartment with a zip closure—because sometimes, you just want the peace of mind.
Whether you're on a crowded train or dashing across the street, you won’t have to worry about your water bottle making a run for it.

The exterior side pocket is made for grab-and-go convenience. Think: your phone, cardholder, or that snack you keep forgetting is in there.
The interior pocket is your little safe zone—great for tucking away keys, lip balm, or anything else you don’t want swimming in the tote abyss.

We’ve all been there: trying to reach for your phone while your tote’s still on your shoulder... only to get stuck in a weird chicken-wing shuffle.
The longer straps make it easy to swing the bag around and grab what you need—without the awkward struggle.

We purposely used a thicker, more durable material so it can handle heavier items—like your laptop, a full water bottle, or your emotional baggage.

With a 30L capacity, this baby holds a lot. Groceries? Gym clothes? Yoga mat and props? No problem.

Nope—just once! Once you've secured the All Access Pass, you can book any and all classes from our 9th Birthday Celebration (subject to availability).

Not at all. The All Access Pass is free—it’s simply our way of securing your spot for class.
However, please note:
Since no credits are being used for these classes, a $10 fee will apply for late cancellations or no-shows
This helps us manage limited mat capacity and ensure spots go to those who can attend

A cancellation is considered late if made within 12 hours of the class start time.
Normally, a class credit would be deducted—but since classes for this event are free, a $10 fee will be deducted from your account instead.

Only for medical reasons, and strictly with valid documentation.
If your cancellation is due to illness or a medical emergency:
Please provide a doctor’s letter or medical certificate
This documentation is required for verification purposes only
Without valid documentation, the standard $10 late fee will apply

Definitely! Once you’ve secured the All Access Pass, you’re welcome to book as many classes as you like throughout the day. We’d love to celebrate with you as many times as you can make it!

Feel free to bring along a towel and water bottle. Mats and Props are all provided, but feel free to bring your own Mat if preferred.

Yes! Private showers and changing rooms are available at the Martin Road studio.

Yes—we’ll have special pop-ups and treats from our amazing partners like Abhoocha and Allmighty Jelly. Come hungry for movement and refreshments.
