Monday, 15 December
Mystery sits at the heart of this day’s celebration.
Everyone joining Stretch & Release at 8:15 PM at Martin Road will receive a Christmas mystery gift. This is our way of adding a little festive fun to your mid-week practice.
It’s a simple gesture to keep the holiday spirit going, and all you need to do is show up for class.
Reserve your spot early if you’d like to be part of this festive giveaway, as these sessions tend to fill up quickly during the holidays.

LUCK OF THE MAT
Thursday, 18 December
A touch of Christmas luck finds its way into this practice.
Our Freedom Flow (HOT) class at Holland Village at 6:15 PM will have one Christmas token hidden under a randomly chosen mat.
After class, take a moment to check. If the token is under your mat, bring it to the front desk and a complimentary 3 Class Pack will be credited to your account.

YTT XMAS PROMO
Friday, 19 December
If Yoga Teacher Training is part of your plan for the new year, keep an eye on this day.
A Christmas offer for all 2026 YTT intakes is coming.

DAY 7:
FLOW FOR A CAUSE
Saturday, 20 December | Power (75 mins) | 10:30 AM - 11:45 AM | Martin Road Studio
This special 75-minute Power class is dedicated to giving back. Held on Sunday, 20 December, from 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM at our Martin Road studio, this session invites the community to come together in movement and purpose — with all proceeds supporting a meaningful cause.

FLOWMATES XMAS EDITION
Sunday, 21 December
Flowmates gets a Christmas twist in this complimentary Partner Yoga session at our Martin Road Studio. Christmas props will be provided to bring some festive fun into the studio, and you’re welcome to come with a partner or pair up when you arrive.
Expect playful partner work, easy-to-follow guidance and a lively, connection-focused class that fits right into the holiday mood.

Freedom Flow (HOT) at Martin Road at 7:00 PM will have a new Christmas token hidden under one mat.

Mystery returns for another round of festive fun.

DAY 11:
DECORATE OUR TREE
Wednesday, 24 December
Our Christmas trees are filling with handwritten ornaments from the community.
If you haven’t added yours yet, there’s still time to write a message of gratitude and hang it on the studio tree.
On Day 11, we’ll announce one winner from Holland Village and one from Martin Road. Each winner will receive a complimentary 3 Class Pack.
DAY 12:
THE ULTIMATE DAY OF GIVING
Thursday, 25 December
To wrap up the 12 Days, we’re giving back. All class attendances across the 12 Day countdown will be tallied, and we’ll donate $2 for every person who joined a class to Make-A-Wish Foundation.
At the end of Day 12, we’ll release the full donation amount that will be made to Make-A-Wish Foundation.
It’s a meaningful way to end the year with community spirit and generosity.
