Designed for modern, screen-heavy lifestyles, this 75-minute workshop focuses on relieving tension in the neck, shoulders, and upper back.

Through a series of guided stretches and controlled mobility exercises, you’ll work progressively to release tightness, improve posture awareness, and restore ease of movement. The pace is steady and accessible, allowing the body time to unwind without strain.

What to Expect:

  • Targeted stretches to release built-up tension in the neck and shoulders

  • Mobility work to improve range of motion in the upper back

  • Postural awareness techniques for daily alignment

  • Simple, effective drills you can apply outside of class
