ASANA IMMERSION: HIPS & HAMSTRINGS (HATHA)

Spend three hours unlocking the lower body. This session targets deep-seated tension in the hips and hamstrings, using long holds and mindful breath to create space and stability. A therapeutic experience for both body and mind.
