Signing up for Freedom Yoga
If you are interested in joining one of our classes, you can check availability and reserve your place using our online booking system. Please note: The team continues to work remotely, and our studios are only open when there are classes. Please email/message us for enquiries, bookings and account management.
Trials for First-Timers
We are not offering free trial classes at this point.
Freedom Yoga Package Ownership
You can share your Series with your friends and family by signing them in as guest whenever you attend class with them or email/call to inform us if they are attending class alone. All packages are activated from the date of your first visit which must be made within the first month of purchase.
All Freedom Yoga class credits/packages, workshops, trainings and programs are non-refundable and non-extendable.
Referral Program
If the existing member (client who are holding existing class packages with us) brings a family member or friend and he/she purchases a package through the member’s recommendation, the member will get a free class added to his/her package under Freedom Yoga’s referral program.
Freedom Yoga Package Validity
Owners of a Freedom Yoga package have 1/3/6 months to get through their respective packages. Should they be sick or travelling for more than 14 days, their package will be put on hold for that amount of time; relevant documents (i.e. doctor’s note, travel itinerary) need to be provided. Should they not get through all their classes within 3/6 months, owners will have the option of taking on a new package within 1 month from the date of expiry and rolling their expired classes over.
Freedom Yoga Class Bookings
Class bookings can be made either online, by phone or email. IF the student is unable to attend the class for any reason, his/her booking must be cancelled before the cancellation window closes.
Cancellation window closes 12 hours before the start of any class. Cancel at least 12 hours before class.
A class or 1 session’s credits will be deducted from the package or account accordingly if you cancel late.
Freedom Yoga Class Etiquette
Please do not be late for class. Latecomers will not be allowed into the studio (especially with the new COVID-19 regulations, we will not be able to make any exceptions). All classes will start on time. Students will not be allowed to enter the class once it commences. If there is a no-show by a student, his/her booked mat may be given away to any other student on the waiting list 5 minutes before the class starts.
Discounts and Promotions
Stacking of discounts and promotions are not allowed at Freedom Yoga.
